DELIVERY and RETURN

ORDERS

Orders may be placed online at morphiclondon.com at any time.  We will confirm all orders with an expected delivery date and will inform you when your order has been dispatched.  If an item is in stock and available for shipping it will be sent immediately. However:

-We make most of the pieces on a make to order basis and  the piece will usually take 4-6 weeks to deliver.  If an item is made sooner than expected, it will be dispatched immediately and you will be notified. 

-If we have a high volume of orders shipping time frame might exceed. We will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

We deliver free of charge to the UK and European Union. Delivery charges for all other international orders will be calculated at the checkout. The delivery periods are approximate and goods will be delivered to the address you provided in your order as the shipping address. For international orders you’re responsible for all tax and duties as may be imposed on the Product such as import duties and custom taxes. We advise you to contact your local authority before placing an order.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

All custom made and bespoke pieces are final and non-refundable. All items except bespoke and custom pieces (including personalised ring sizes, custom design elements, personalised engraving, Goods on sale) are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they are returned unworn and in their original Morphic London packaging. We will refund your account within 30 days after receiving  the pieces. 
You will be liable to shipping charges when returning the pieces to Morphic London, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
