All the Contents and Jewelleries (the “Product”) made available to you through our website are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not order our products for the purpose of reselling them.

ELIGIBILITY
You warrant that you’re at least eighteen (18) years old to use this website and service. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. Any use of the Service is void in Countries or territories where prohibited. By accessing and using the Mobile App and its service, you represent and warrant that you have the authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms of this Agreement.
ACCOUNTS AND PURCHASES
To complete a purchase through our website, we advice you to create an account on our platform. Otherwise you can make your purchase through guest checkout process. In the both types of checkout, You represent and warrant that all information provided by you during the registration process are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We will not be liable to you for any wrong information you provide. In the event of changes to any information you’ve provided us with, you understand that you’re solely responsible for updating such information on our website.
You expressly understand that you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials (your username and password) safe at all times. You are solely responsible for any authorised or unauthorised use of your account.

PURCHASES
You warrant that all details you provide to www.morphiclondon.com for the purpose of completing a purchase are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
We accept most major credit and debit cards and PayPal, you may also complete your purchase through direct bank transfers. Please contact us first, should you want to use this payment method at contact@morphiclondon.com
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or terminate your use of this service immediately and without notice to you if you fail to make due payment or breach any term of this Agreement.
We also reserve the right to terminate your account if we suspect that your activity on our website poses a potential risk to us, or if we suspect that you’re attempting to use our platform for illegal or fraudulent purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card or account and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.
If you violate any term contained herein, You expressly agree that you’ll be held responsible for any and all cost incurred by our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable).
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Usually our Products are made to order. Upon placing an order through our website, you expressly understand that such order may take between 4-6 weeks to complete and delivered to you. We will only process your order once we have accepted and approved your order. Prices for our Products are made available to you through our website. Because of the custom made nature of our business sometimes we may need to modify the prices without notice, we reserve the right to change the prices on our website at any time without notice, this will not affect your order if you have placed an order before the price change. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. If your order is rejected or your item becomes unavailable we contact you as soon as possible to inform you and you will be offered a full refund.
TAXES
You understand that you’re responsible for paying all VAT for all purchases made through our website (where applicable). If you make an order outside the United Kingdom, you understand that you’re responsible for all tax and duties including import duties and custom taxes as may be imposed on the Product.
DELIVERY
Delivery to the UK and European Union are free of charge. Delivery charge for the international orders will be calculated at the checkout. The delivery periods are approximate and goods will be delivered to the address you provided in your order as the shipping address. For international orders you’re responsible for all tax and duties as may be imposed on the Product such as import duties and custom taxes. We advise you to contact your local authority before placing an order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
All made to order Products are final and non-refundable. Once you make an order through our website, you understand that you may not attempt to cancel the order once we send you a notification that we’ve started processing your order.
If you wish to cancel your order upon completion, we will refund your account within fourteen (14) days, if the ordered product has not be delivered to you.
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your complete order within fourteen days after the day your goods are delivered to you, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
All items except bespoke and custom pieces (including personalised ring sizes, custom design elements, personalised engraving, Goods on sale) are eligible to be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of receipt if they are returned unworn and in their original Morphic London packaging.
Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You will be liable to shipping charges when returning the goods to Morphic London, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
To return an item, please contact contact@morphiclondon.com with your return request and our team will give you the instructions to return your item.
ACCESS
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny users access to our site or any part of our site without notice (including blocking IP addresses) and to decline to provide the service to any user that is in breach of these terms and conditions of use.

Certain links, including hypertext links, in our site will take you outside our site. Links are provided for your convenience and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or approval by us of the linked site, its operator or its content. Due to a number of different factors such as monitor colour setting difference and the Internet browser you use, there might be a difference in colour between the image made available to you through our website and the actual product. You understand it is your responsibility to make necessary enquires and providing specifications (If need be) about any product you wish to purchase through our website.
